Upper Hunter Automotive is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team as an Automotive Trainee, working across our Service and Parts Departments.

This is a full-time, 12-month traineeship offering hands-on training, valuable industry experience and the prospect to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

No previous automotive experience is required – we're looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside our experienced Service and Parts teams, you'll learn how a busy automotive dealership operates, including:
Assisting customers with service bookings and enquiries.




Supporting Service Advisors with workshop administration and customer communication.
Learning how to identify, order and manage vehicle parts.
Assisting with parts enquiries and supplying parts to our workshop.
Learning dealership systems and day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Reliability, honesty and a robust work ethic.
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
An interest in the automotive industry.
A current driver's licence is preferred but not essential.
