Duratec is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our presence across Western Australia. This front-line role involves meeting clients, building relationships, and turning opportunities into real projects rather than sitting behind a desk updating CRMs.

You’ll identify prospects before tender, guide them through the sales cycle, and work with operations to develop win strategies, opening doors into recent markets and creating long-term partnerships.
