McNab is seeking a Change & Adoption Specialist to lead the people side of a major Dayforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollout. You will own change planning, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, adoption and perks tracking to ensure teams are ready, confident and productive with the current systems.

This is a full time, maximum-term contract of up to two years, covering implementation, go-live and transition to business as usual.
