Palm Lake Care in Deception Bay is seeking a Clinical Coordinator - Admission & Assessments (RN/ANACC Coordinator) to lead initial assessments and develop care plans for residents. You will manage ANACC reviews to secure funding and liaise with clinical teams, management and residents to ensure quality documentation.

The role requires ANACC expertise, AHPRA-registered RN status, and solid communication skills. Travel between Palm Lake communities is expected in this full time, in office position.
