Lutheran Homes Group is seeking a Manager, Customer Experience to lead the CX strategy and framework across the organisation. You will work with senior leaders and clinical teams to translate insights into practical improvements in the end-to-end customer journey.
The role requires a highly team-oriented leader with breadth across customer strategy, journey management, measurement and service improvement, and experience building CX foundations within complex service settings.
