Uniting AgeWell Limited is seeking part time Home Care Workers to support older people in Mansfield and surrounding communities. You will travel between clients’ homes delivering personalised support to help maintain independence, wellbeing, and connection to the community.

Roles require daytime availability across weekdays with guaranteed 20 hours per fortnight. You will work autonomously within a supportive team, following our BEST philosophy and delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
