Dillbadin Primary School is seeking a passionate Mental Health and Wellbeing Leader (0.8 FTE) to strengthen whole‑school wellbeing, engagement and inclusive practices in Boronia, Victoria. You will work with the Principal and Wellbeing Team to implement coordinated supports and develop effective strategies across classrooms.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and external agencies, disability inclusion, and staff coaching to build capacity while maintaining a supportive school
