Aruma is seeking an experienced Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner to lead best-practice Positive Behaviour Support and mentor the PBS team. You will help people with disability live fulfilling, independent lives by providing high-quality, evidence-based behaviour support.

You will collaborate with participants, families and stakeholders to reduce restrictive practices and promote inclusion, dignity and human rights within a supportive PBS team workplace.
