Sharp and Carter is seeking a hands-on Maintenance skilled for an established food manufacturing site in Sydney. You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, build the maintenance program, and help shape a growing team from the start.

The role offers day shifts, with in office work and progression into planning, scheduling and projects as the team scales. You’ll work alongside long-tenured operators, own the equipment, and contribute to preventative maintenance while
