Downer is seeking motivated Stabilisation Operatives to support road stabilisation and pavement rehabilitation across regional Western Australia. Based from the Maddington Depot, you’ll join stabilisation crews, operate equipment where qualified, and contribute to protected, on-time project delivery.

We welcome candidates from road construction, civil works, earthmoving or plant operation backgrounds who are eager to learn, travel when needed and build a lasting career with Downer.
