Exenet is seeking a mature, admin‑oriented Customer Service and Sales person to run two up-to-date self‑storage facilities in Moorabbin and Abbotsford. The role is permanent part‑time (~30 hours per week: Thurs‑Fri‑Sat all day and 5 hours on Sunday) with a potential move to full time in 2027.

Ideal candidates are experienced in real estate, property management or hotel reception, with robust face‑to‑face customer exposure, a rapid typing speed and reliable transport.
