Challenge Foster Care, part of Challenge Community Services, is seeking a compassionate Supervised Contact Worker to organise and supervise family and sibling contact for children in OOHC. The role emphasises safety, structure and reporting accuracy, with weekend availability required.

You'll work with Case Workers, carers and families to facilitate connections, ensuring visits remain protected and compliant with policies. Training and development prospects are provided.
