George Weston Foods’ Tip Top Bakeries site in Brisbane is seeking a energetic Production Supervisor. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will coach and develop the team to achieve production targets safely and efficiently, while promoting a culture of engagement and high performance.

You will collaborate with the supply, maintenance, and planning teams to optimise productivity, manage change, and uphold food safety and quality standards across shifts in a rapid-paced FMCG workplace.
