This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.

Plena is excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and is glad to offer a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.

You’re a passionate Physiotherapist who enjoys working with older adults and helping them maintain their mobility, independence and quality of life. You bring a person-centred approach, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, collaborate and build positive relationships with residents, families and care teams. Whether you’re a new graduate or an experienced clinician, you’re keen to make a meaningful impact.

General AHPRA registration
Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
