Queensland Government, Mackay Health Services, is seeking a Clinical Nurse to join the Connected and Integrated Care Unit. The role focuses on Potentially Preventable Hospitalisations, delivering expert nursing care and contributing to care models bridging hospital and community settings.

The CN will provide leadership, education and clinical care, supporting senior nursing staff and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes in the Mackay region.
