EVT HQ is seeking a Transformation Business Analyst to lead LEAN improvement projects across operations and support teams in Sydney. You will map current and future processes, identify automation prospects, and partner with data engineers to validate feasibility.

Demonstrable experience with LEAN, value stream mapping, FMEA, and stakeholder management is required. The role emphasises measurable efficiency gains and risk reduction in a fixed-term capacity.
