Impact Talent in Boonah, Queensland, is seeking an SME broker to manage a ready-made portfolio of ~500 policies, valued around $300k–$350k in income. Renewals are evenly spread through the year with about 40 renewals per month.

You’ll run the book end to end—renewals, claims and recent business—focusing on SME clients (farms, commercial motor, pubs). Earn 20% of income on recent clients for the first 12 months; domestic work goes to a dedicated broker.
