What you will have:
Previous experience working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen workplace.
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
Working With Children Check is highly regarded, but not strictly needed (to be able to work at schools).
Ability to obtain a valid Police Check
Knowledge of dietary requirements and experience in catering to various nutritional needs




Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, following proper sanitation procedures
Familiarity with HACCP standards, WH&S; guidelines, and protected food handling practices
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Uniform:

White long-sleeved Chef jacket, chef pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes
