Endeavour Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Mermaid Waters, on the Gold Coast. This hands-on leadership role places you at the forefront of busy bar, bistro, and gaming room service, aiming to deliver superb guest experiences from open to close.

You’ll lead a agile team, develop staff, and collaborate with the Publican to maintain a secure, vibrant pub setting. RSA/RSG and Approved Managers Licence are required.
