Bene Aged Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join the St Agnes team on a full time maternity leave contract. You will provide clinical leadership, mentor nursing and care staff, and drive protected, high-quality, resident-centred care.

You will lead by example, support the Residential Care Manager, promote best-practice standards, and foster a positive experience for residents and families, with a robust focus on quality and compliance.
