Proactive Health in South Australia is seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for a regional role covering Port Pirie and Port Augusta. You’ll work across chronic disease, rehabilitation, NDIS, aged care and DVA, with real independence and close support from a national network.

You’ll join a team-oriented team, run assessments, design exercise programs, and track progress while staying ESSA compliant. Relocation assistance is available and a adaptable, community-focused workload.
