Transport for NSW is seeking a Manager Organisational Effectiveness for a temporary prospect up to 15 months at Macquarie Park, NSW. You will lead scoping, planning and end-to-end delivery of people strategy initiatives, designing fit-for-purpose solutions and embedding them into BAU.

You will provide strategic leadership, governance, and coaching to deliver measurable improvements across an enterprise scope.
