Darling Downs Health is seeking a Home Care Worker to support older people at home, helping them stay independent, secure and connected within the community. You will deliver practical daily assistance and build trusted relationships with clients, families and the care team.

Applicants with a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or relevant community care experience are encouraged to apply; a C Class licence and reliable vehicle are required.
