Merivale is seeking a hands-on Head Chef for The Vic in Marrickville, Sydney. The role leads a large, busy pub kitchen, cooking pub classics and bistro-style dishes, and driving menu direction with the pubs portfolio exec chef.

Ideal candidates have pub/bistro experience, robust leadership of 10+ chefs, and a focus on consistency and teamwork. This senior role offers growth within Merivale’s hospitality portfolio.
