The roleSeeking a full-time Junior Sous Chef to join the team at Crown Sydney Nobu , one of the world's most recognised dining brands. Working closely with the Sous Chefs and Head Chef, you will help lead service, support the development of the kitchen team, and ensure exceptional quality and consistency is delivered every service.
What you'll bringPrevious experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef within a premium dining environmentStrong leadership skills and the ability to coach and develop team membersExperience working in a rapid-paced, high-volume kitchenA passion for high-quality food, presentation and guest experienceSound knowledge of food safety,
