The Royal Women’s Hospital is seeking an Emergency Management and Business Resilience Manager to strengthen preparedness and response capabilities across the organisation. This full time fixed-term role runs until January 2028, with job sharing considered and hybrid working arrangements.

You will lead EM/BR plans, coordinate training, run simulations and drills, and partner with local health networks to optimise resources while maintaining safety and quality.
