In an integrated care model, you’ll support residents to maintain independence, wellbeing and quality of life, delivering high-quality nursing and personal care within a welcoming community.

This casual chance covers AM and PM shifts across a 7-day roster; valuable availability is highly regarded. You’ll work under the Care Manager and contribute to protected, person-centred care.
