Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Coordinator for our Cootamundra facility. The role supports Registered Nurses and care staff in clinical management, quality care delivery, standards maintenance and a positive work workplace.

You will monitor resident care plans, advise on complex nursing needs and drive continuous improvement to ensure high-quality outcomes. Robust leadership, English communication and numeracy are essential for success.
