Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Learning & Organisational Development Manager to advance our long-term strategy through 2027 initiatives. You will coach leaders, design development pathways, and partner with senior teams to drive capability and culture improvements.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will lead a small L&D; team, apply AI tools to learning content, and measure outcomes to inform future programs across our Australian operations.
