St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne in Fitzroy is seeking a nurse to provide clinical assessment and management of residents in RACFs and the community to prevent avoidable ED presentations. The role also offers clinical consultancy to RACF and community staff.
You will hold current AHPRA registration, undertake postgraduate aged care or acute/critical care training, and demonstrate advanced assessment of older patients with solid communication and leadership skills.
