You will work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare and present sushi with precision, keeping the sushi train stocked and handling orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Beyond service, you will manage inventory, prep ingredients, monitor equipment, and maintain quality records.
