Hertz is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the frontline team at our Sydney store, delivering outstanding customer service and driving revenue growth through sales prospects.

You will hold daily team briefings, manage key customer relationships, analyse satisfaction scores, and plan staffing to meet targets while coaching staff for peak performance. A current AU driver’s licence is required for this role.
