Nexus Hospitals Group is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to lead our Hobart Day Surgery team, driving clinical excellence and patient safety across the patient journey. You will partner with the GM/DON, mentor staff and ensure effective rostering, procurement and accreditation activities to sustain high standards of care.

You are a compassionate leader with robust perioperative experience, current AHPRA registration, and a commitment to postgraduate study or ongoing education.
