We’re on the lookout for a welcoming, dependable and experienced Barista to join our team at The Station Grocer, Lennox Head.

This is a casual position offering great rates, a fun team culture, and the chance to be part of a local business that takes pride in quality coffee and outstanding service.

The Role
$36.85/hour weekdays (for ages 20+)

What You’ll Be Doing
Greet customers and take orders
Prepare hot and cold beverages with consistency and speed
Operate the register (cash and card payments)
Serve food including cakes, pastries, pies, and breakfast items
Set up the store for daily trade
Maintain a clean, organised coffee station

What We’re Looking For
Confident in producing consistently excellent coffee under pressure
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organised and a genuine team player
