Prouds Marion is seeking an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to join Australia's leading jewellery retailer, Prouds The Jewellers, part of the JPL Group. You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, mentor staff and deliver outstanding customer experiences across the store.
You'll lead on-the-floor coaching, recruitment, onboarding, training and store operations, including inventory, rostering, visuals and loss prevention, with prospects to progress to Store Management.
