Taronga Zoo Sydney is seeking an experienced Contact Centre Officer to support Zoo Friends members via phone and email. This full time role sits in the Marketing, Comms & Fundraising team, focusing on member services, memberships, reservations, and education bookings.

You will handle inquiries, process payments, and contribute to revenue targets with solid service standards. You will work in a collaborative contact centre setting, build stakeholder relationships, and assist in onboarding
