Parchem Construction Supplies, part of DuluxGroup, is seeking a Research & Development Chemist to help develop the next generation of construction products. This is a hands-on role focused on formulation, testing and product development, working with experienced scientists and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into commercially successful products.

The role will focus on cementitious and resin-based products, with prospects to expand into other technologies as development grows.
