Endeavour Foundation provides Disability Support Workers in Tewantin, offering a permanent roster with sleepover shifts in SIL homes. You will help clients develop daily living skills and support them to live as independently as possible, including personal care and community activities.

The role requires flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends, plus checks and training to ensure safety and quality of care. A Certificate III in Disability is advantageous.
