St John of God Midland Private Hospital in Western Australia seeks an experienced Senior Social Worker for a casual role. You will provide advanced social work assessments, plan patient-centred interventions and lead discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team.

You will supervise junior staff, mentor students and contribute to quality improvement, while aligning with the Australian Association of Social Work ethics and SJGHC policies.
