Theodore Multipurpose Health Service in a rural community provides emergency, inpatient and aged care services with 10 beds, aimed at delivering care close to home. You will lead a nursing team, drive clinical decisions and mentor staff to grow confidence in a hands-on rural setting.

This role supports ongoing career development, with sponsorship considered and access to development leave and allowances. A solid emphasis on accountable, evidence-based practice is required.
