The Royal Women's Hospital in Melbourne seeks a Business Analyst to translate operational needs into transparent requirements across the Rostering Project. You will lead discovery, map processes and ensure traceability from requirements through to testing and training.

You will collaborate with clinical and operational teams, support complex rostering, payroll and HRIS workstreams, and contribute to a flexible hybrid work workplace with robust staff benefits.
