Sunshine Kids is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to step into a leadership role as Educational Leader. The role guides the team, upholds high-quality standards and supports the centre director.

The successful candidate will lead a play-based curriculum and ensure solid community and family engagement. You will bring a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), at least two years as an ECT and two years as Educational Leader, plus NSW Working with
