You will work closely with Executives and senior leaders to provide strategic workforce advice across change management, workforce planning and organisational development in a agile Australian environment.

The ideal candidate will have HRBP or Senior HR Advisor experience, robust stakeholder influence, knowledge of awards and legislation, and the ability to coach managers.
