Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Chef De Partie in Port Douglas to join our food and beverage team. You will supervise the preparation and production of all hot or cold food items for the outlet and assist the Head Chef in maintaining quality, consistency, and portion control.

You will lead kitchen staff, manage plating, ensure food safety standards, and strive to exceed guest expectations in a rapid-paced environment. Part time hours and Marriott perks apply.
