Odyssey House NSW invites applications for a CALD Care Navigator at Medicare Mental Health Centre in Tuggerah & Gosford. The role works with culturally diverse clients to improve access to mental health, alcohol and other drug services and community supports.

You will facilitate culturally secure, person-centred care, strengthening pathways between the centre and external providers. Applicants should demonstrate CALD experience, service navigation skills and the ability to build rapport while
