Redland City Council is seeking an Assistant Treatment Plant Operator to support wastewater plants across Redland City. This entry-level role combines hands-on operation, monitoring, sampling and basic lab tasks, with comprehensive on‑the‑job training and mentored progression toward a Certificate III in Water Industry Operations (Wastewater).

You will work outdoors, in a rotating roster, on a pathway to a long-term career in an essential service that protects public health and the workplace.
