MACG is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our Melbourne team on a casual basis. You will support residents with daily living, personal care, and help maintain their independence and dignity in a warm, family‑focused setting.

Work alongside the care team, observe and report changes in health or wellbeing, maintain accurate care documentation, and follow infection control and safety policies.
