Fulcrum in Sydney is hiring a customer success/inside sales skilled to lead digital adoption with a portfolio of hundreds of existing customers. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, you will shift spend from manual orders to online platforms and balance outbound calls with targeted campaigns.

Using Klaviyo, you will craft segments and copy, onboard recent users, prepare quotes, and report on adoption and revenue growth.
