Harmony Auto, including BYD Haberfield, seeks an experienced HR Advisor to support our growing Sydney dealership network. This hands-on generalist role delivers practical HR advice and partners with dealership leaders to drive engagement, performance, compliance and workforce capability.

You will bring 5+ years in HR, preferably in automotive retail, with robust knowledge of Australian employment legislation, the Fair Work Act and Up-to-date Awards.
