Evoke Maintenance Services (EMS) is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our Mackay team, supporting the Construction Manager in day-to-day project administration. This hands-on role requires coordination with site personnel, exact record-keeping and timely reporting to keep projects on track.

You will work with Project Managers and Supervisors to compile information, chase outstanding actions and support documentation, including tenders and workforce planning.
